Torque converter

Hi everyone
Anyone tell me how to drain a torque converter on the 3 speed auto box.
Have taken the drain pan off.Any help would do.

Hi enoch,

They are not designed to be drained because they designed to take very high pressure, even when removed from the carrier plate they will only drain about a third of the fluid if that!

Thank you Mr Joyce
Wasn't sure a friend of mine said there must be a drain plug .Because when you read the manual it states the box holds so many pints in the pan and so many pints in the converter? if that's the case l will fit a new gasket and fill it up.
