Tragedy

Why is it that it takes a tragedy like the Manchester bombing,London stabbings & now the Grenfell tower inferno to bring people together?
How many of the "600 people believed to have been inside the building"(Daily Telegraph)actually knew each other?
It's a sad indictment of our times that we don't communicate with our neighbours anymore. Some might say it's down to immigration & the difficulty with different languages,or just plain & simple xenophobia. But at the end of the day these events have proven that whatever these barriers are, they've been overcome in a shared experience of tragedy.

Well said my friend. They were tragic events indeed.

Hi to all,

Maybe if our neighbours spoke English and were not allowed to build their own churches and schools to brain-wash their children into believing only they have it right we might get somewhere!
