Prospective new owner says hello!

Hi there!
I'm currently watching a 1972 CF Dormobile Freeway on eBay...It looks great in the pics (but don't they all! )
I'm intending to go and look at it before I chuck in a serious bid, so I need to know where to look for the well-known bad bits. What should I be looking for and what should I be aware of - both bodily and mechanically? Is there anything that is very expensive to replace?
Also, I'm in Co. Galway Ireland. Any other Irish owners here and anywhere that does parts for CFs?

Cheers!

Del

Check the front of the bonnet and the bottom of the doors. Same with the back doors, check for rust. I'm sure Bob Hillier will pop in here and say hello. He's in Co Meigho or you could click on the [Private Message] link towards the top of the screen and ask him.

Hi Del and croeso to the bedheads, Bob sounds like a really nice guy [but don't tell him I said that]. I'm sure he would be delighted to make contact.
